Notification of Asbestos Regulation Compliance

In compliance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) the school was inspected for asbestos in 1989 and a plan for the safe management of the asbestos was drawn up. Three year re-inspections were made in 1992, 1995, 1998, 2001, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Since then, the condition of the asbestos found in these inspections have been monitored and reported. All these reports are on file at the school office located at 222 Central Ave, Dover, N.H. 03820
The school is in compliance with the above cited Act, so that the building remains a completely safe environment for all our students and personnel.
